Can I still book my child after the closing date?
Yes, we may accept bookings after the published booking date pending availability. Places fill up quickly, so we encourage booking early to avoid missing out. Can I book my child over the phone?
No. All bookings must be made online via our parent portal.
Can I book my child after the program has started?
Yes, you may be able to book additional days after the program has started, provided we have availability on the days required.
When will I receive confirmation of my holiday booking?
You will receive confirmation of your confirmed booking within 5 business days from the time your application is submitted.
How do I pay for my holiday program bookings?
Fees must be paid in advance prior to the start of the program via direct debit from your nominated account. Non-payment of fees prior to the start of the program may result in your child being excluded from our programs.
Can I cancel my bookings at any time?
Cancellations to a confirmed booking made before to 12:00 AM on the Closing Date published on our website will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations to a confirmed booking made after 12:00 AM on the Closing Date published on our website will incur the applicable session fee in full.
Do you charge a late pick-up fee?
A late pick-up fee of $2.00 per minute (rounded down to whole minute) per child applies after the service closing time (6:00 PM).
What age group does your holiday program cater for?
All our holiday program caters only for primary school-aged children aged 5-12 years. Children who are enrolled in Prep are permitted to attend our summer programs.
What does my child need to bring with them to your holiday program?
Your child will need to bring with them several items each day including a morning snack, packed lunch, named water bottle, suitable clothing, hat for summer programs (September to April) suitable footwear (no thongs) and an art smock as may be required.
Can my child still attend your holiday program if they don’t attend the actual school?
Yes. Our holiday programs are open to all primary school-aged children across Victoria.
How do I find out information about excursions?
All excursion information is published on our website. You must give permission for your child to attend an excursion.
How do I contact your Service?
We have a dedicated mobile number at each of our holiday program venues. Please obtain this number from our staff on your child’s first day of the program and save it to your phone for easy access. This mobile number will only be answered during program hours (7:00AM – 6:00PM). If you need to contact us after these hours, you will need to contact our Head Office on 1300 366 235.
Do you provide food in your holiday programs?
A variety of fruits and a light healthy and nutritious snack is provided daily between 2:00PM and 3:00PM. Children are still required to bring morning tea and a packed lunch.
