Existing User – Additional Child
If you have previously used Leapkids holiday programs, and wish to enrol an additional child, please refer to the ‘Existing User – Additional Child’ section for guidance with your booking.
New User
If you will be using Leapkids services for the first time, please refer to the ‘New User’ section for guidance with your booking.
Before you begin your application, ensure you have the following MANDATORY details at hand for your additional child:
Once you have the above details, please follow the following steps to complete your application:
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email from SmartFees to say that your booking has been received, and the following will happen:
PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not confirmed and your child will not be accepted into our program until payment of fees is received by Leapkids.
Before you begin your application, ensure you have the following MANDATORY details at hand (unless previously supplied):
o Child Details (Full name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN)
o Parent Details (Full Name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN)
o Authorisations (Contact information for 2 authorised nominees/emergency contacts)
o Immunisation Record (Copy of your child’s immunisation record or ACIR History Statement)
o Management Plan (if applicable) If your child has any additional needs or medical conditions (asthma, allergy or anaphylaxis)
Once you have the above details, please follow the following steps to complete your application:
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email from SmartFees to say that your booking has been received, and the following will happen:
o Within 3-5 business days of submission, you will receive an email directly from Leapkids confirming booking for each enrolled child, with a link to pay your invoice (Please check your junk mail)
o Payment of fees must be made within 7 days to confirm your booking. If payment is not received within the 7 days from the date of the confirmation email, you risk losing your place in the program.
o Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a payment receipt from Leapkids (Please check your junk mail).
