WHAT TO BRING?

Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch, refillable water bottle, suitable clothing for the weather, suitable footwear (No sandals or thongs), wide-brimmed hat and own sun screen (If preferred) during the sun protection period from September until the end of April.

 

EXCURSIONS

To ensure your child doesn’t miss out, please ensure your child is dropped off no later than 9:00 am (unless otherwise published on the Leapkids Website under Excursion Information). In the event that you miss the bus (I.e. departure from the service) then your child will be marked as absent. You are not be permitted to drop-off your child at the excursion venue. 

 

INCURSIONS

All our incursions are provided by reputable external agencies and delivered by appropriately qualified facilitators. Please ensure your child is dropped-off no later than 9:00 am on incursion days.

 

SIGN IN & OUT

For the safety and protection of children we have strict procedures regarding drop-off and collection. Children must be signed-in and out of our service by a parent/guardian or authorised nominee on the child’s enrolment. Unauthorised collection of children is not permitted, unless prior written consent is made by the parent/guardian via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please ensure your child does not bring any personal belongings such as toys, games, mobile phones etc. Leapkids will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings your child brings to our service.
