This guide will take you through the steps required to complete your booking online on the Leapkids Parent Portal (SmartFees).

Returning Family

 Before you begin your application, ensure you have the following MANDATORY details at hand (unless previously supplied):

  • Child Details (Full name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN) 
  • Parent Details (Full Name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN) 
  • Authorisations (Contact information for 2 authorised nominees/emergency contacts)
  • Immunisation Record (Copy of your child’s immunisation record or ACIR History Statement)
  • Management Plan (if applicable) If your child has any additional needs or medical conditions (asthma, allergy or anaphylaxis)

Once you have the above details, please follow the following steps to complete your application:

  • Click the ‘Book Now’ tab to go to the Parent Portal (SmartFees)
  • Login using your email and password from your previous application. If you are a returning family but new to our Parent Portal, select ‘Forgot your password’ and enter the email address previously provided to Leapkids and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you don’t know the email, then contact us on 1300 366 235 for assistance
  • From the ‘Application to enrol’ page, select the child you wish to apply for from the ‘Drop Down’ box, and click ‘Copy’ 
  • All of your child’s information will copy onto a new application. Check through this information (i.e. blue headings on left of screen) and update where required
  • Select the days required under the ‘Booking’ heading 
  • Once all headings are ‘DONE’ review and ‘Submit’ your application.

Once your application has been successfully submitted you will receive an automated response from SmartFees (THIS IS NOT A BOOKING CONFIRMATION) and the following will happen:

  • Within 3-5 business days of submission, you will receive an email directly from Leapkids outlining your booking details with a link to your invoice (Please check your junk mail)
  • Check the days booked and make payment within 7 days in order to confirm your booking
  • Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a ‘Booking Confirmation’ via email directly from Leapkids (Please check your junk mail).

 

PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not confirmed and your child will not be accepted into our program unless you have received this booking confirmation upon receipt of payment. 

New Family

Before you begin your application, ensure you have the following MANDATORY details at hand (unless previously supplied):

  • Child Details (Full name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN) 
  • Parent Details (Full Name, date of birth, Customer Reference Number (CRN) 
  • Authorisations (Contact information for 2 authorised nominees/emergency contacts)
  • Immunisation Record (Copy of your child’s immunisation record or ACIR History Statement)
  • Management Plan (if applicable) If your child has any additional needs or medical conditions (asthma, allergy or anaphylaxis)

Once you have the above details, please follow the following steps to complete your application:

  • Click the ‘Book now via Parent Portal’ tab to go to the Parent Portal (SmartFees)
  • Sign up for a new account as a ‘New User’ 
  • Once you have gained access to the Parent Portal, click on the ‘APPLICATIONS’ tab at the top of screen
  • Alongside the heading ‘Leapkids Spring Holidays 2017’ click ‘Apply’ 
  • Complete all headings (in blue) on the left of screen. After you complete a heading, ‘DONE” will appear alongside the heading and you will automatically move onto the next headind
  • Once all headings are ‘DONE’ review and ‘Submit’ your application.
